For my effectiveness, I do not need to know details of your work. You are the expert for that. My expertise is in helping you (your leadership team) gauge the full picture of your situation, find clarity on what matters most, elegantly surf complexity, and distinguish your next action steps.
I am uncertain if my team is open to leadership development.
Certainly, it makes no sense to “impose” development. However, we sometimes underestimate the desire and potential for transformation. And there are several low-threshold options for working with your leaders. Honoring everyone’s dignity and self-determination is key to me. Let’s have a chat!
What leadership techniques and styles do you apply / teach?
I will not suggest to copy or plug in any particular style or technique. Instead, my work supports you to further grow your inner and outer awareness, and self-knowledge. That empowers you to choose your own way of being and doing, and to act from that choice, consciously and effectively.
Serving as a leader in both the private and the public sector across the world for two decades, I managed operations with highly diverse teams on four continents. With that, I acquired profound understanding of human motivation and behavior – and what it takes to lead.
What matters more though is that my life has been all about a search for meaning, hitting rock bottom from time to time, looking inside for answers, correcting the direction, and starting anew.
Today, as a certified coach and mediator, I work with senior leaders and leadership teams. With my expertise and experience in leadership & organizational development, I help them discover their highest potential, and I guide the transformation of their organizational cultures.
