About Me

Serving as a leader in both the private and the public sector across the world for two decades, I managed operations with highly diverse teams on four continents. With that, I acquired profound understanding of human motivation and behavior – and what it takes to lead.

What matters more though is that my life has been all about a search for meaning, hitting rock bottom from time to time, looking inside for answers, correcting the direction, and starting anew with enthusiam.

Today, as a certified coach and mediator with  expertise in leadership & organizational development, I work with senior leaders and leadership teams. I guide the transformation of their organizational cultures, or help them achieve their personal goals.
